Product Owner Services

• Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision for Salesforce implementations, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives and user needs. 
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, IT) to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define business needs.
• Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that it reflects business needs, customer demands, and organizational priorities. 
• Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with business users to gather detailed requirements for new features, enhancements, and fixes within the Salesforce platform. Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases for each feature or enhancement. 
• Product Development and Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the development team is aligned with the product goals and objectives.
