CloudtoShare is based in Eindhoven at the High Tech Campus at the AI innovation Center, and we work with clients in multiple countries like United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands and the United States.
We’re used to collaborating remotely with distributed teams and can adapt to your language and time‑zone needs where possible.
We use our 5D model, starting with Discovery and guiding you all the way to a successful go‑live:
Discovery – We dive into your organization, strategy, KPIs, teams, and users. We generate user insights and make sure the project is tightly aligned with your objectives.
Define – Together with your stakeholders, we capture requirements, understand user needs, and map business processes. Using user stories, we identify pain points and opportunities before we design any solution.
Design – We translate user stories into Salesforce and cloud solutions that truly address user problems. We prototype and validate with users so the solution delivers real value, not just ticks boxes.
Develop – We build and test in a way that fits your team, using Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban. Once testing gives us the green light, we prepare the solution for release.
Deploy – We take care of all the details around go‑live: checklists, final validations.
From Discovery to Deploy, you stay involved through workshops, demos, and clear decision points, ensuring the result fits your organization and your users.
We’re flexible. Many activities (configuration, development, daily collaboration) are done remotely. For key moments—Discovery workshops, solution design sessions or important go‑lives—we can work on‑site where it adds value. We also welcome you at the AI Innovation Center for co‑creation and innovation sessions.
