Define – Together with your stakeholders, we capture requirements, understand user needs, and map business processes. Using user stories, we identify pain points and opportunities before we design any solution. Design – We translate user stories into Salesforce and cloud solutions that truly address user problems. We prototype and validate with users so the solution delivers real value, not just ticks boxes. Develop – We build and test in a way that fits your team, using Agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
