Three divisions operated in silos with separate CRM solutions — a legacy Salesforce instance and Siebel — making cross-divisional collaboration around customers impossible and accumulating significant technical debt.

CloudtoShare led the design and Agile delivery of a unified global Salesforce Sales Cloud & CPQ template, consolidating three separate CRM and CPQ solutions into one — piloted in Italy, Spain and Portugal.
