Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, an expanded strategic partnership that brings Claude's reasoning together with Salesforce's trusted data, workflows, business logic and governance. The goal: agentic experiences that work wherever your people work.
🧠 Salesforce inside Claude
The partnership launches with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills — think meeting prep, deal health reviews and pipeline reviews. Sellers can reason over live revenue data, automate pipeline updates and take governed action, straight from Claude.
The skills were built jointly by Salesforce and Anthropic. A smart onboarding reads your context in Salesforce, Slack and other connected tools, and sets up a personal dashboard with your accounts and pipeline. Every action is routed through Salesforce, so your business rules are always respected.
⚙️ Claude inside Salesforce
Claude also runs inside Agentforce: as a reasoning model for the Atlas Reasoning Engine, as the default model for Agentforce Vibes and Agentforce Coworker, and available in Agent Builder. Through Amazon Bedrock, Claude runs within the Salesforce Trust Boundary — good news for regulated industries.
🔐 Built with admins in mind
An admin connects Salesforce in Claude once. Authentication and permissions are managed centrally, and every seller has access from day one. No per-user setup, no new permission model.
