We Guide Organizations with Agile Development
We sharpen insights in daily practice and we take into account that new insights will arise along the journey. We quickly adapt a project to a changed situation or wishes. Projects are divided into smaller successful projects, so that better results can be achieved in an effective manner.
Discovery
A deep dive into your organization, strategy, team, KPIs and your users. We generate user insights, we plan and ensure the right connection with your organization and objectives that you want to achieve.
Design
With user stories we will design solutions around your users and solve user problems in a creative way. This is more then just responding to your business requirements.
Develop
We will develop and test with a method that will fit to your team. We are experienced with Agile development methods like Scrum and Kanban. Once the tests results show the desired green flags we will prepare your delivery.
Deploy
We will make sure that we will take care of all the details. It is not only about explaining how it works and getting live on the right moment. It is also about checklists and make sure that we have done it all.
For Salesforce development and implementation CloudtoShare uses the 4D model consisting of 4 phases Discovery, Design, Develop and Deploy.

Multidisciplinairy Scrum Team
We work with a multidisciplinary Scrum Team and with Sprints we stay briefly on the ball with regular Sprint Reviews. We monitor projects with key stakeholders as agreed. Every time we look together if we are still on the right track. We improve and use insights from everyday practice. The feedback from the user and client is essential in order to be able to make adjustments. We strive for a continuous improvement process in order to deliver high quality of services.
KANBAN Visualizations
We visualizing the work and process steps makes it easy to work together. After all, everyone sees what is being done and in which process step the work is located. This KANBAN method is easy to apply in any organization. The strength lies in visualization and transparency. We work with the software development tool Jira, whereby team members are connected to each other in real time. You do not have to wait until the next meeting, you can continue work immediately because you are connected 24-7 with your team members.
We Guide Organizations & Teams with Scrum
Sprints are the heartbeat of Scrum, where ideas are turned into value. They are fixed length events of one month or less to create consistency. A new Sprint starts immediately after the conclusion of the previous Sprint. All the work necessary to achieve the Product Goal, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, happen within Sprints.
Sprint Planning
This event acts as the "onboarding session" for the Sprint, where the Scrum team determines what can be delivered in the upcoming Sprint and how it will be achieved.
Daily Scrum
A 15-minute daily touchpoint that serves as a "health check" for the Sprint. Team members synchronize, inspect progress toward the Sprint Goal, and adapt their plan as needed.
Sprint Review
The Scrum Team presents the results of their work to key stakeholders and progress toward the Product Goal is discussed.
Sprint Retrospective
A dedicated event to reflect on the Sprint process, focusing on what went well, what could improve, and actionable steps for the next Sprint.
Scrum employs an iterative, incremental approach to optimize predictability and to control risk. Scrum engages groups of people who collectively have all the skills and expertise to do the work and share or acquire such skills as needed.
